To enhance the Continu customer experience by offering subscription options directly via the Continu platform, while also providing a customer management solution.

Turkois worked with Continu in order to create a seamless, integrated content subscription option using Stripe Connect and Stripe Billing, both improving the customer experience and providing a solution for managing customers.

With an LMS platform currently in use by top brands across the country, Continu is constantly looking to offer product enhancements in order to provide consistently engaging user experiences, while also expanding on their growing user base. The Continu team decided that one key improvement to the platform was to provide users with options for subscription based content - this improvement would work to both enhance the platform’s usability, while also increasing profitability. Stripe’s flexible payment and billing solutions were a perfect fit for this effort, but the Continu engineering team had no experience with Stripe implementations.
Turkois worked closely with Continu leadership and engineering teams in order to identify optimal subscription payment flows and architecture, and deploy a seamless customer management solution that allows Continu to closely monitor content interaction and payment activity. Utilizing Stripe Connect and Billing, they were able to offer Continu customers the ability to find and subscribe to specific content, while ensuring seamless payment flows via Stripe Elements and Link. A complete Stripe dashboard was also provided to Continu for complete control of their customer management.
