The Company was founded in 1996 by Alan Cummings and has grown into a leading retail real estate and legal consulting company providing uniquely tailored real estate strategies for national, regional, and local retail clients.

As an original principle of Crabtree and Evelyn, Alan served as chief legal counsel and president of real estate. Under Alan's leadership, Crabtree and Evelyn grew from a single store to over 200 locations both domestically and internationally. After its sale in 1996, Alan took this experience and began consulting for Godiva Chocolatier, proudly the Company's first client.
