Turkois partnered with a consortium of major Pharma and Life Sciences companies to design and develop a supplier discovery and engagement platform. The goal: create a centralized, user-friendly environment where enterprises and certified diverse suppliers could connect, collaborate, and manage opportunities with transparency and ease.
The platform enables Pharma organizations to publish partnership opportunities and supplier details, while allowing service providers to create searchable profiles, highlight certifications, and build visibility within a competitive marketplace.
THE CHALLENGE
Pharma and Life Sciences companies faced recurring difficulty identifying certified, high-quality suppliers capable of working within complex, multi-vendor project structures.
Simultaneously, diverse suppliers lacked access to enterprise opportunities - limited by fragmented systems, outdated contact lists, and a lack of visibility into available RFPs or decision-makers.
The result was a gap in collaboration and missed opportunities for both sides.
THE SOLUTION
Turkois designed and built a comprehensive Supplier Portal that bridges this gap - providing a scalable, secure digital ecosystem for both suppliers and enterprises.
Developed with Laravel and PHP, the platform integrates with DocuSign, Stripe, and robust email services for seamless communication and payment flows.
An intuitive admin portal allows real-time management of users, listings, and content, ensuring platform administrators can easily maintain and optimize the experience.
From early strategy to launch, Turkois mapped every user touchpoint to ensure clarity, accessibility, and engagement - crafting an experience equally intuitive for enterprise teams and small suppliers.
